Thanks so much for stopping by. My hope is that you will be encouraged and comforted by traveling with us on this adventure as you see how God can take the challenges of life to assure us of the living hope that is available by faith to us all through Jesus Christ.

Thanks, also, to each of you who have personally ministered to me and my family through your thoughts, prayers of faith, visits, messages, many acts of kindness and words of encouragement, especially during those dark days, and then for the long haul during my extended recovery season.

"Our God is Able!"

For nothing is impossible with God.  Luke 1:37

I was reminded of the song "Our God is Able" by a friend of mine in an email today.  How thankful we are to know that we serve a great God who does miracles beyond what we even dream.

Our family has been blessed by you who faithfully have shared Bible truths and prayed for us as we continue with Hu in this journey.

This is the first Sunday we have spent in rehab.  It has been a relaxing day for Hu, an opportunity to focus on what God has done in his life, catch up on his rest, as well as work on some of his exercises.

Tuesday is our next milestone when he will be re-evaluated by the staff and find out how much longer he can expect to be in rehab.
