Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests. Luke 2:14
Last night Hu and I read Luke 2 together and remembered once again the details of the story of our Lord's birth that we celebrate today. What a miracle that was and how thankful we are that he came in human form as baby.
Hu and I are grateful for the medical miracle that we have seen in his life in recent weeks and that we are able to spend this day together. We thank the Lord for the medical personnel who are graciously serving us today while away from their family and friends.
We are so thankful for you as you have faithfully followed us and prayed for us.
Merry Christmas and may God bless you.
(ad-ven-ture: the encountering of danger; an unusual, stirring experience)
Thanks so much for stopping by. My hope is that you will be encouraged and comforted by traveling with us on this adventure as you see how God can take the challenges of life to assure us of the living hope that is available by faith to us all through Jesus Christ.
Thanks, also, to each of you who have personally ministered to me and my family through your thoughts, prayers of faith, visits, messages, many acts of kindness and words of encouragement, especially during those dark days, and then for the long haul during my extended recovery season.
