Never before have I realized the power of friends to be as encouraging as I have since this journey started in early November. You have brought food, helped with the yard clean up, put out the trash (and returned the empty cans), run errands, sent cards, called, visited, prayed, commented on the blog and e-mailed. These thoughtful gestures made difficult days easier as we knew that you were coming along side of us each step.
One of the cards reminded me that we have a very special friend though. It listed Hebrew names for God and the meaning of each one. Some of the ones that were especially significant to me were: Provider, Battle Fighter, Giver of Peace, Healer, Our Righteousness, Ever Present One and Good Shepherd. We have wonderful friends but none can compare with Jesus who is all of these and so much more. How thankful we are to know that one day we will live eternally with Him.
Today, was a "maintenance day" as Hu continued to received therapy to retrain his body toward regaining his normal strength level. We thank the Lord our Healer for walking with Hu each step.

As we were praying for you this morning, we threw in the possible effects of that horrible tornado in your area. Hope that didn't come near you. Slow and steady as you go Hu and be the consistant and positive person you have always done so well. God and so many of us love and uplift you.
